Counselor’s Corner
Rocksprings ISD’s goal is to provide students with information that guides them toward a successful career after high school graduation. Whether you want to go to college and don’t know how to proceed, interested in a technical field or the military, or need help writing a scholarship letter or a resume for a new career, visit your counselor.

Organizations & Extracurricular Activities
We offer a variety of school related extracurricular activities and encourage students to participate in those that are of interest to them. Some activities, such as UIL, FFA, NHS, Athletics, OAP, and Student Council are closely related to subjects taught in the curriculum; others, such as the Student Council, help students build leadership skills. All of the academic, athletic and sports teams that participate in University Interscholastic League (UIL) athletic competition are extracurricular, as is the Marching Band and cheerleading squad. Although most extracurricular activities are designed for secondary students, those in grades 7 to 12, we encourage elementary age students to participate in UIL Academic activities and competitions.
