Spring activities are starting up, please make sure you are checking on your students academic progress. Tutoring is available. Reach out if your student needs help!

Academics

The 2024-250 TAPR report was released. Rocksprings ISD beat the Region/State in 42 categories (approach, meet, masters) on last years STAAR and EOC exams. Way to go students and teachers! We are not where we want to be yet but we are on our way. You can access that information here:

Welding Certifications
Two more students got their welding certifications this week! Great job girls! Our new plasma cutter is here, assembled and almost ready to use. Thank you Mr. Byrom for finding and creating this opportunity for our students and thank you School Board for getting this for our students! We can't wait to see what they can make with it!

Sportsmanship Reminder
Per UIL and Senate Bill 2929
Game Officials can remove spectators immediately without warning for disruptive or inappropriate behavior. See the message that went out to all schools regarding this matter.

Remember, fans can be reported by game administrators and/or officials. Stay positive and root on our student athletes.

BBALL
Boys and Girls are in full swing in district. Tonight is Senior night. games start at 6pm. Good luck teams!

Junior High BBALL Tournament is tomorrow. Good luck teams!

Powerlifting
Our first meet is this Saturday in Marble Falls. Good luck lifters!

Tennis and Track
These two sports start soon. Track practices have started, with Tennis soon to follow.

Robotics
Our robotics team competes next week. We are excited to see what our teams can do. They have been working hard!
